Writes For Money

I live with my wife and two sons in the Hudson Highlands of New York. For the past thirty years I have been an editor at the American Geographical Society in New York City, and for the last twenty of them I have also been a freelance writer—book reviews, mostly, and articles when it made sense to write one. Though I like to think that I write as the spirit moves me, I’m a jobber: I write for money. To any interested parties, I’m for sale—proudly, happily so.
